  • As stalls are limited, first come first booking confirmation.
  • All premium sponsors up to executive sponsor will have privilege of academic slot in scientific sessions & entitled for complimentary super premium category stall along with other privileges as per sponsorship amount.
  • At least 70℅ Payment for all premium sponsors is desirable well in advance and remaining amount before conference.
  • Complete Payment for trade stall booking should be made in advance & cancellation policy as per LOC decision.
  • All payment must be made to conference account only.
